- Adult Waiver and Release of Liability (necessary for parental obligation as Social Hall Monitor &/or Clean-Up Helper) per family

I am aware that all behavior deemed inappropriate will be documented.
A. Verbal and written warning and conference with student.
B. Conference with parent.
C. Possible removal from co-op determined by co-op director and CTIR steering committee.
D. Extreme violations will result in an immediate call to parents to discuss proper action.
E. Infractions involving alcohol/ illegal substances or weapons will have swifter and harsher consequences. Banned substances/weapons will be confiscated immediately; parent must collect the item in question immediately. For a second infraction of this rule, student will be suspended for the following week. Expulsion may be a further consequence, strictly at the discretion of the committee. I am aware that all behavior deemed inappropriate will be documented.
Important for 2018-2019 Registration
Registration acceptance is at the discretion of the CTIR Co-op Committee based on the best interest of the co-op at large.
Payment for entire semester (instead of monthly courtesy option) will be required for those families who have previous history of dropping a class (which has already been previously discouraged ).
